Our rapid, integrated test cups are distinguished by their accuracy, fast results, ease of use, and options for customized panels. While many companies offer a limited portfolio that mirrors the same testing panels that have remained unchanged for years, Premier Biotech has created an innovative portfolio that includes tests for relevant drugs of abuse. Available detection panels for fentanyl, tramadol, buprenorphine, oxycodone, 6-AM, EtG, K2(spice) and more. We provide our customers with solutions that allow for visibility into drug use that would have gone undetected as a result of an ineffective and dated testing panel.

This test provides only a preliminary analytical test result. A more specific alternate chemical method must be used in order to obtain a confirmed analytical test result.
This test does not distinguish between drugs of abuse and certain medications. It may yield preliminary positive results when prescription tricyclic antidepressants, barbiturates, benzodiazepines, methadone, buprenorphine or opiates are ingested, even at therapeutic doses.
There are no uniformly recognized drug levels for these prescription drugs in urine.
Ethyl Glucuronide, aka EtG is the best way to effectively monitor alcohol abstinence. There are many ways to detect alcohol consumption, and breathalyzers are a wonderful tool in corrections for detecting someone under the influence. However, for those who encourage and monitor abstinence of alcohol, detecting its use after only a few hours had been extremely difficult. Negative breathalyzer readings, and traditional ethanol alcohol tests do not necessarily indicate abstinence.
The OralTox® Oral Fluid Drug test is a rapid immunoassay based on the principle of competitive inhibition binding. Drugs that may be present in the oral fluid specimen compete against their respective drug conjugate for binding sites on their specific antibody.
During testing, a portion of the oral fluid specimen migrates upward through a membrane strip by capillary action. If there is no target drug in the oral fluid specimen or if the target drug is present in concentrations below the test cut-off, the binding sites of the drug-specific antibody will not saturate. The remaining binding sites on the antibody will then attach to the test line region of the target drug and a visible line will appear. So, a negative test result will show a visible coloured line.
If the target drug is present in the oral fluid specimen above the test cut-off level, all antibody binding sites will be saturated by the drug in the oral fluid and the antibody will not bind to the test region. Therefore, a positive result is indicated by the absence of a visible coloured line.
As a procedural control, a visible coloured line will always appear at the control line region, indicating that the proper volume of specimen was added, and that membrane wicking occurred.
A presumptive test result does not always mean that a person took illegal drugs and a negative test does not always mean that a person did not take illegal drugs; there are several factors that influence the reliability of the test results. There is a possibility that other substances and/or factors may interfere with the test and cause incorrect test results.
Unlike urine testing, which is susceptible to adulteration, substitution, and dilution, oral fluid testing is 100% observed making it nearly impossible for donor to “cheat” the test. Oral fluid tests are also less invasive than urine testing and can be administered anywhere and anytime.
